Sikh and ye shall find despite the fact that a Sikh restaurant is a rarity in the Balti Triangle area. Tucked away on the borders of Springfield, the décor has a definite Indian feel and is licensed. This latter point took me by surprise, although I could have still brought in my own, at a modest corkage charge of £2-50p. Consequently I decided to go down the beer route with a brace of Kingfishers – touchingly, they were obviously out of stock as somebody went next door to the off licence and returned ‘surreptitiously’ with them wrapped in a black bin liner.

Quality food
Excellent Indian food with an African flavour to it. Had Shahi Paneer as, channa bhatora as mains and all were perfect, cant find a fault.
Punjabi style Indian food is better than Balti restaurants in my opinion.
