Balti Breaks

Whether you like curry or culture, a visit to Birmingham’s famous Balti Triangle is not to be missed. Recently listed in the ‘Rough Guide’s 25 Things to do in Britain before you die!’. Balti breaks can be organised for groups and with the services of professional guides you can find out the mysteries behind balti, including a cookery demo and then enjoy a shopping experience with a difference rounded off by a traditional balti with a fun quiz, prizes and a cookery pack to take home.

Evening meal (poppadoms and dips, choice of starter, choice of Balti, naan bread or rice, Asian sweet and tea or coffee); from £13.99 pp

As above but with a cookery demo and information on the history of balti (inc soft drink); from £19pp

As above but with a fun curry quiz and prizes after the meal; from £20 pp

As above but with escorted walking tour of the Balti Triangle (split into two parties with two guides) visiting jewellery shop, spice shop, sari shop, sweet centre etc; from £22.50 pp

An optional add on to any package is a cookery set (authentic balti bowl unique to Birmingham and recipe card); extra cost of £14 pp.

All tours inc use of private dining room if required.
